- Monthly billing in the ESB Networks compliant format and content.
- Access achieved in excess of 80%. Where access is not possible a "contact us" card is left at the premises and ESB Networks are informed through our data logging system.
- We achieve a 99% annual reading rate, ensuring customers avoid consecutive block estimations.
- 99% compliance in obtaining a minimum of four meter readings per account annually.
- Experience of hazards and appropriate safeguards and responses to each one, with excellent safety record.
- Achieved a 100% success rate in fulfilling special reading appointments.
- Accurate and timely reporting of incidents, including confrontations, disputes and safety issues to ESB Networks.
- Meters are currently read within 2 days before or after the specified date for 99% of grounds in the reading cycle.
- Excellent management of routes, and flexibility within the team for reading all routes.
Our Experience
Southern Meter Readers currently have over 50 team members along with the 3 Directors, who are all very experienced Meter Readers - with the majority having at least 30 years experience in electricity meter reading. This dedicated team service approximately 3000 routes for ESB Networks.
